We are a full-service gym, specializing in boxing, that is accessible to our clients 24/7. Our programs are geared towards all ages and fitness levels. Check out out programs below!

We also feature a boxing club for those who wish to take boxing to the next level. In addition, we also have a youth boxing program for clients ages 8 to 11. Most memberships are all-inclusive, meaning our clients have access to the gym as well as all of our classes. Certain memberships also have a pre-pay option.

Memberships/Classes

Boxing Club Membership

$79.99 per month

The boxing club membership is for one person. This membership is designed for those who want to take their boxing skill to the next level. The membership allows you to have open workouts in the studio jym, class access and four monthly one on one mitt sessions. With this membership, the member can also spar (twice monthly).

*Must have USA Boxing Membership to participate in sparring.

Individual Membership *Most Popular*

$44.99 per month

The individual membership is monthly and for one person. It allows you studio access as well as class access.

Buddy Membership

$79.99 per month

The buddy membership is monthly and is for two people. It allows both members studio access as well as class access.

Family Membership

From $149.99 per month

The family membership is monthly and for up to four individuals. It allows all four to have studio access as well as class access. A youth boxing component can be added for an additional 20.00.

Basic Membership

$24.99 per month

The basic membership is monthly and for one person. It allows you studio access ONLY and does not include classes.

Youth Boxing

$49.99 per month

The youth boxing membership is for one participant (age 7-11). It allows the member to attend as many classes as possible during that month. Classes are Monday (every other) and Wednesday evening at 5:00 pm. Classes are subject to capacity restrictions.


*All memberships require first and last month payment to begin along with access card fee. There is no contract, and all payments are month to month. An appointment must be made to sign up for certain memberships.

Yoga

From $15 per class (drop in rates)

Yoga is a perfect combination Core and Flexibility along with Stretching, Strengthening and Relaxation. These delivered in a Vinyasa style will help you with balance, flexibility, stomach, back, hips and glutes. With this class you'll not only get an invigorating workout but leave feeling relaxed and calm.

*Must have yoga mat for class.

*Included in Individual, Buddy, Club and Family Memberships.

Individual (u18)

$39.99 per month 

(Our membership for clients ages 12-18)

The Individual (u18) membership is for one person. This membership is designed for clients ages 12-18. The membership allows the client to attend all classes on the schedule. The membership also includes an initial consult and one mitt session per month.


Personal Training

From $400

Personal training consists of consult, fitness plan, nutritional coaching and follow up. Measurements are part of your fitness plan as well. Personal training sessions are sold in monthly blocks and consists of 8 sessions per month. The sessions are 1 hour and do not carry over each month.

*The personal training membership is another personal training option. 

Jym Camp

From $499/month

Do you have a group of friends or co-workers that you want to work out with and help keep you accountable? Call us today and ask about Jym Camp. Jym Camp is a high energy class, scheduled at a specific time for private groups.  


*Jym Camp is not a membership. Must be a minimum of 5 participants and cannot exceed 8. Class is held twice weekly (Monday - Friday). Price does not include anything needed for class such as gloves or hand wraps.

Our Boxing Classes

Many wonder what to expect from our boxing classes. Although we know that results are certain, the main thing you can expect is an extreme sense of accomplishment. Our classes will push you to the limits and help you find the fighter inside. We teach real boxing techniques while incorporating HiIT, bodyweight exercise and light weights. Come get in the best shape of your life and learn how to fight at the same time!
